Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark
Ingredients:
Milk chocolate chips 2 cups
Peanut butter chips 2 cups
Chopped salted peanuts 1 cup

Directions:
Keep a cookie sheet with foil and set aside. In a large saucepan over low heat melt 1-3/4 cups milk chocolate chips and all of the peanut butter chips and stir frequently, until smoothened. Another way of melting the choco chips is to place a large bowl full of the chips in a microwave on medium power for 5 minutes and stir once while cooking. Stir in remaining 1/4 cup of the milk chocolate once you have removed the mixture from heat and continue to stir until the mixture is smooth as it helps temper the chocolate so it will stay solid at room temperature. Spread the mixture on the prepared cookie sheet and refrigerate for about an hour to harden the candy. Break the candy into pieces and store them in tightly covered container and you can have approximately 32 pieces.
